Day 8 of Gratitude

8… eight in the bible means new beginnings. And so, I thought it would be fun to let you in on a personal new beginning, outside of 313, yet will be every bit apart of supporting this ministry into the future!

My fiancé, Torey.

August was supposed to be my month of rest after the months of being in different countries, in which, Torey dated and encouraged me via FaceTime or text messages through them all. Little did I know that after I returned home from Zambia, I would be getting engaged less than a month later!

During one of our celebration dates of me returning from Vanuatu in May, Torey and I went to a restaurant in downtown Atlanta called Sotto Sotto, which just happens to have the address '313'! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? And No… Torey did not plan that. BUT He did plan our second time there… which is when He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.

Torey proposed in front of the 313 address outside. And the rest is... history!

Except not really because I have had a busy last few months of wedding planning and preparation of marriage.

More to come after our wedding. But I am filled with GRATITUDE for this man and what God has brought together. It is an answered prayer of many years, and I am so grateful!
